Variable frequency drives
Pumps, fans, conveyors and extruders that still run across-the-line, or VFDs that trip on deceleration.
We match voltage class, overload duty and braking first — then the series. Stock covers Delta C2000 heavy-duty frames, MS300 / ME300 compact vector, VFD-EL micro drives, CP2000 fan-and-pump units, plus VFDB brake modules and C2000 keypads.

Servo & stepper motion
Axis swaps, encoder cable faults, and new EtherCAT nodes on labeling or assembly cells.
Delta ASDA-B2 / B3 amplifiers with ECMA and ECM-B3 motors (power, flange, brake and oil-seal called out on the title). Kinco 3CM three-phase steppers and FM560 EtherCAT bus drives for 42/57 mm hybrids. We also hold ASDA-B2 power and encoder cables so a motor change does not wait on harnesses.

PLC and operator panels
A dead CPU, a cracked HMI, or an OEM that wants HMI + PLC in one cut-out.
Delta DVP-SE slim Ethernet PLCs and DOP-100 touch panels from 4.3" to 15". Kinco GL / GH economy and performance HMIs, MASS II M2100E 10.1" widescreen, and MK IoT all-in-ones (HMI + PLC + remote VNC). Siemens SIMATIC MP 277 remains on the shelf for WinCC flexible cells that cannot migrate this shutdown.

Sensing, interlocking & protection
Guard doors that will not lock, hydraulics without a reliable 4–20 mA signal, compressors that trip on winding temperature.
Typical MRO calls we fill: Danfoss MBS 3000 pressure transmitters, Schmersal AZM170 solenoid interlocks, and KRIWAN INT69 Diagnose modules. Specify range, thread, coil voltage and contact arrangement — we will not guess a safety function from a photo alone.

Cabinet power and switching
24 V rails that sag, contactors welded on inrush, VFDs overheating in a sealed enclosure.
Delta CliQ II DIN-rail PSUs (24 V / 120 W class), Allen-Bradley Bulletin 100-C and 100-K IEC contactors, and Sanyo Denki San Ace fans used on inverter and PSU cooling. Fuse, breaker, IGBT and valve categories are open for the next inbound lots.

Power modules for drive repair
A blown inverter stack where the rest of the drive is still serviceable.
When the nameplate is Infineon, Semikron or a house-brand rectifier brick, send the full module code and a photo of the busbars. We source IGBT, thyristor, diode and rectifier modules for repair shops that would rather change a brick than scrap a 75 kW frame.

From nameplate to packed carton

1. Identify
Send the manufacturer, complete catalog number, quantity and a photo of the nameplate if the part is worn or painted over.

2. Qualify
We check family, supply voltage, I/O type, encoder/brake options and whether a later revision is drop-in — or only pin-compatible.

3. Quote
Stock or factory lead time, Incoterms, and the actual-shooting gallery so receiving can match the unit before it leaves.

4. Ship
Export documents from Hong Kong, datasheets in the carton, and a one-year parts warranty on the items we sell as new genuine.
