Request a quote
Required fields are name, email, catalog number and quantity. Add several SKUs to the quote list from the catalog, then send one RFQ. A nameplate photo saves a round of questions when the suffix is worn off.
How we reply
Four kinds of request we already handle
Stock / price check
A part that is already on this site, or a sister SKU in the same family. We confirm the exact suffix, the photos on the shelf, and a firm price with Incoterms.
Line-down spare
The line is already stopped. Put "line-down" in the notes and the city. We say what we can ship now versus what has to come from the factory, without padding the story.
Cross-reference
Obsolete or painted-over nameplates. We will say drop-in, pin-compatible, or not interchangeable - and we will not silently swap a later series.

What happens to the RFQ

1. We read the type key
Brand, suffix, voltage and options first. If a photo is attached, we use it to catch a worn last dash group.

2. We check the shelf
On-hand units keep their actual-shooting gallery. Indent items get a factory lead time, not a guessed week count.

3. You get one sheet
Stock or lead time, Incoterms, and the questions still open. Same desk handles the follow-up and the packing list.

4. We ship when you release
Export documents from Hong Kong. Datasheets in the carton. One-year parts warranty on items sold as new genuine.
